High school is a great time for students to learn new languages. The Languages Department provides a range of options for students including courses in French, Ojibwe and Spanish.
In addition, students can take additional International Languages courses through The Learning Centres. These credit courses are offered outside of the school day.

FRENCH IMMERSION PROGRAM
This program is a ten credit continuation of the elementary French Immersion program. Successful candidates earn an French Immersioncertificate upon graduation.

AP & DELF PROGRAMS
Advanced Placement French Language and Culture successful candidates can earn a university credit.
DELF diploma offers international recognition of French proficiency. Earning Level B2 or higher allows admission to universities in France.

Our students have the opportunity to practice their second or third language while traveling. Our most recent trip was to France and Italy in March 2019.
